What Is A Home Survey

If you are wanting a new boiler installation then we always like to do a boiler survey prior to the installation to ensure that you are getting the best boiler for your needs. One of our heating engineers will visit your home and make a technical assessment of the size and type of boiler required for the size of your home and you needs.

If you are having a full central heating system installed as with the boiler survey an engineer will visit your house and determine what materials will be necessary to install your new system. Our home survey service is free of charge.

Are You Able To Provide The Most Up To Date Boilers?

Yes – as accredited installers for the top boiler manufacturers Vaillant, Worcester-Bosch, Baxi and Ideal boilers, we can provide you with the best boiler to suit your needs and your budget. We also provide a full 7 years or 10 years guarantees for both parts and labour.

Will Your Engineers Show Me How To Work My New Boiler or System

Yes – Once your system or boiler are fully installed and functional then our engineer will be able go through everything that you need to know about using your new boiler or central heating system. They will also explain what you should do if you need help once they have gone. All of the systems service records and documentation will be left with you. You will need these if you ever decide to sell your home.

Do You Provide Ongoing Care For My Boiler Or Central Heating System?

Once your boiler or central heating system has been installed, to keep it running efficiently we recommend an annual service. We will send you a reminder when when your annual service is due.

We also provide 7 year or 10 year warranties for labour and boiler parts, as well as a 12 month warranty for any defects which arise as a result of the installation, including any problems with the components.

Are Your Engineers Gas Safe Registered?

Yes – all of our engineers are Gas Safe registered. We recommend that you should always ask to see any engineer’s ID before they start work on your heating system as their Gas Safe Register ID shows the type of work that they are qualified to carry out. Each of our engineers will have their Gas Safe Register ID on them, so that you can be confident in their abilities to complete the job.
